These Terms govern use of foundtro.com and Foundtro services. By submitting a request, buying a plan, or using the site, you agree to these Terms and the applicable written scope for any paid engagement.
Services
Foundtro provides agent purchase tests, recorded purchase-path diagnostics, implementation support, and monitoring for ecommerce stores. Deliverables may include recordings, findings, fix sheets, implementation work, retests, and monitoring reports.
WhatsApp confirmation
For the free Agent Purchase Test, submitting the product URL creates a request ID for manual review. WhatsApp confirmation and delivery are paused until a business number is ready.
Authority to test
You represent that you own or are authorized to test any store, product page, checkout, account, feed, API, or data you submit. You must not submit confidential credentials, customer data, payment card data, or systems you are not authorized to test.
Test scope
Unless a different written scope is approved, the agent follows the public purchase path and stops before payment. The test does not require account creation, production credentials, or unauthorized access. Recordings and reports may redact sensitive details, and private report links may be temporary.
No guaranteed commercial outcome
Foundtro provides observed evidence, diagnostics, and implementation work. We do not guarantee rankings, AI answer placement, traffic, sales, payment processor approval, platform support, identical AI behavior across sessions, or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Plans and payment
Paid plans may include The Fix Sheet, The Recorded Order Fix, Order Watch, Fleet Rollout, or custom scopes. Prices and commercial terms shown in a checkout, invoice, proposal, or written scope are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments or another provider shown at checkout. Taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges may apply.
Installments and custom billing
If installment terms are offered, the exact timing, due dates, and conditions must be confirmed in writing or through the checkout/invoice flow. Until an installment checkout or invoice flow is issued, installment language in a proposal or written scope is an offer to discuss payment structure, not automatic financing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, timely access where agreed, platform permissions, legal compliance for your store, and reviewing any recommended changes before deployment. You remain responsible for fulfillment, customer service, policies, taxes, and operations of your store.
Acceptable use
You may not use Foundtro to test systems without authorization, bypass access controls, scrape private data, attack infrastructure, violate law, submit malware, or interfere with third-party services. We may refuse or stop work that appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or outside scope.
Third-party services
The site and services may depend on third-party platforms including Cloudflare, Dodo Payments, ecommerce platforms, AI agent systems, browsers, search systems, and email providers. Foundtro is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, decisions, or data practices of third parties.
Intellectual property
Foundtro retains its pre-existing methods, templates, software, prompts, checklists, tools, documentation, and know-how. You retain your store, brand, catalog, and pre-existing content. Unless a written scope says otherwise, paid deliverables are for your internal business use and may not be resold as a standalone product.
Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other party and will use it only for the engagement. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy and any written scope or invoice terms.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided as available and as scoped. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundtro disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundtro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, or business interruption damages. Foundtro's aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid Foundtro for that engagement in the three months before the claim.
Changes and suspension
We may update the site, services, prices, and these Terms. We may suspend or refuse service where needed for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or material breach.
