Foundtro helps ecommerce stores test whether AI agents can complete real purchase paths. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through foundtro.com, payment flows, emails, and service work.

Who controls the data

Foundtro is the controller for information collected through this marketing site and lead intake. For questions or requests, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit, including work email, product URL, store domain, message details, payment metadata, and contact details. We also collect technical information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, referral page, and webhook/payment event identifiers needed to operate and secure the service.

When you request an agent purchase test or buy a plan, we may review publicly available store pages, product pages, checkout paths, schema, feeds, policies, and other storefront signals. Do not submit passwords, private customer data, production credentials, or information you are not authorized to share.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, run purchase-path tests, provide diagnostics and fixes, process payments, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve the site, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about Foundtro services.

Legal bases where applicable

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under contract where needed to provide requested services, legitimate interests for security, site operation, lead follow-up, and service improvement, legal obligation for tax/accounting/compliance records, and consent where we ask for optional consent.

Processors and sharing

We use service providers to operate Foundtro, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, storage and database services, Dodo Payments for checkout, payment processing and payment webhooks, and email or notification providers if enabled. We may share information with advisors, vendors, or authorities when needed for security, compliance, dispute handling, or legal process. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and tracking

The current marketing site is designed without advertising cookies. Security, hosting, payment, or anti-abuse systems may process technical data necessary to deliver the site and protect the service. If we add analytics or advertising tools, this policy will be updated to describe them.

International transfers

Foundtro and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or provider compliance programs.

Retention

Lead requests are kept as long as needed to respond, manage a commercial relationship, maintain abuse controls, or preserve business records. Payment and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback, and legal purposes. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection where applicable. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive data uses, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly used.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may ask for information to verify your request. Where GDPR applies, requests are generally answered within one month unless an extension is permitted by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, Cloudflare security services, and payment processing through a dedicated payment provider. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

Foundtro is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent age of consent in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or laws change. The updated date shows the latest version.
