Scope
Foundtro provides agent-ready commerce reviews, implementation support, monitoring and public research. A specific engagement begins only when scope, deliverables, timing and fees are agreed in writing.
Authorization
You must own or be authorized to test any store, account, feed, API or checkout path supplied for review. Do not provide production credentials through the public inquiry form.
Working standard
The Foundtro Agent-Ready Commerce Standard is a public working framework. It may change as protocols and platform behavior evolve. A review records the version and test scope used.
No guaranteed commercial result
Foundtro does not guarantee placement in AI answers, rankings, traffic, sales, protocol support by third parties or identical results across AI sessions. Findings describe observed capabilities and evidence within the agreed test scope.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party retains its existing intellectual property. Engagement-specific deliverables and confidentiality obligations are governed by the written scope or agreement for that engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Foundtro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of public material or changes made without an agreed implementation scope.
